Our Team
Pembroke House has a large team of outstanding staff dedicated to the education and welfare of our children. Every member of staff is integral to our success. We have an excellent pupil to staff ratio of 6:1, which ensures children receive the support and encouragement they need, across all areas of school life.
Drawn from international and local spheres, all our staff have the relevant experience and qualifications, and share our commitment to and passion for busy boarding school life. All prospective staff must pass rigorous safe recruitment procedures and, once selected, undertake safeguarding training and professional development throughout the year.
